‘Shine Fashions’ Free Flowing Sleeveless Dress is cut-on-the-cross and fits M to XXL.  The garment is made from ‘Crinkle’ Cotton which is cool and comfortable to wear in hot weather as it absorbs body moisture quickly. Being cut-on-the-cross (or bias) the garment drapes beautifully and accommodates all body shapes and sizes. After the fabric is woven it is subjected to a heavy grooved roller which imparts fine lines in the fabric which provides crease resistance. The fabric crinkles when it is wet then dries back to its original shape and does not need ironing.
